CAPELLI K6 – 1:6 Scale EP Competition Kart Chassis Kit

The CAPELLI K6 is a high-performance 1:6 scale electric competition kart chassis kit, designed for serious RC kart racing and precision setup.

The K6 is supplied as a rolling chassis kit, allowing you to choose your own electronics and running equipment to suit your preferred motor, gearing and racing setup.

K6 Venturi Fairing Colours

The K6 Venturi Fairing Set is available in the following colours:

• Neon Yellow

• Orange

• Pink

Included Foam Tyres

Each kit includes 1 set of CAPELLI FOAM Tyres, supplied pre-trued.

Choose from:

• CR00FF-PH – Purple HARD (Pre-Trued)

• CR00FR-PSS – Purple SUPER SOFT (Pre-Trued)

Rolling Chassis Kit – Electronics NOT Included

Please note that this is a rolling chassis kit and NO ELECTRONICS ARE INCLUDED.

The following equipment is required to complete the kart:

Required Electronics & Running Gear

• 64 Pitch (64P) Spur Gear – Select to suit your chosen final drive ratio.

• 64 Pitch (64P) Pinion Gear – Select tooth count to suit track conditions and motor setup.

• 540 Size Electric Motor – Standard 540 can motor or suitable brushless equivalent.

• Micro Servo – Chassis-mount type compatible with the K6 servo mounting points.

• 2-Channel Radio System – Transmitter and receiver.

• LiPo Battery – Shorty-type 1S or 2S battery designed to fit the chassis battery tray.

• Compatible ESC – 1S or 2S ESC with blinky function where required for regulated racing classes.

• 30mm Cooling Fan – Recommended for maintaining safe ESC operating temperatures.

Assembly Consumables

The following items are also required/recommended during assembly and setup:

• Double-Sided Tape – For securely mounting electronics.

• Silicone Damper Oil – For damper performance tuning.

• Silicone Differential Grease – For smooth ball differential operation.

• Foam Tyre Glue – For securing the foam tyres to the rims.

• Molybdenum Grease – Required for the thrust bearing to reduce wear and improve performance.

• Low-Strength Thread lock – Recommended for metal-to-metal screws to prevent fasteners from loosening.

Setup & Tyre Preparation Equipment

For the best possible performance from the K6, the following setup equipment is recommended:

• Tyre Truer – For accurate tyre diameter and surface preparation.

• 1/10 Scale Set-Up Station – For accurate suspension geometry setup, including camber, caster and toe.

• Straight Edge Device – Useful for checking chassis tweak, alignment and overall straightness.

This is a chassis kit only. Electronics, motor, ESC, radio system and battery are NOT included unless specifically stated.

The CAPELLI K6 is designed for competition use and requires additional running equipment, assembly consumables and setup equipment to complete the kart and achieve optimum performance.
